Calcite

In my opinion, the Bahama Ore Body produced some of the finest calcites on the planet. They feature extraordinary glassy surfaces, typically with growth striations on beveled modified faces, and a distinctive honey color. This piece features a 4cm central crystal and exhibits all the aforementioned qualities. No issues. Ex Stephen Gerome collection.
