Fluorite on Feldspar

George Quist has been digging on his claim for over 20 years. Being he and his wife worked for Collectors Edge they never had time to clean and prep their material, so stored it. This year, they left the edge and began prepping the tons of material. I saw them at the Crown Plaza in Denver and snatched up some goodies. Good Colorado fluorites are few and far between, but this one was there and called to me. Typical cloudy lavender with a deeper purple center. Gorgeously twinned and on just a touch of feldspar. One side has an area of slight contact and a corner at that area is just barely incomplete.
