Grossular var Hessonite with Chlinochlore and Apatite

From a collection accumulated in the 1980s-1990s in the Alpine deposits in the Piedmont area near Turin, this piece has hessonites to .7cm and foliated masses of chlinochlore to 1.5cm which add dimensionality. Some small bonus near gem apatites on one side. Note hessonites from this area rarely exceeded .3cm.
