Manganoan Calcite

Just off my collection shelf (labels included) is this fantastic multi-generational specimen with exquisite architecture. The initial acicular structures formed from compound linear growth, are coated with and then topped by lenticulated soft pink rhombohedrons. Only contact is at the bottom and one point at the top, where it likely reached the ceiling of the vug. Strong orange under LW. Ex Geoff Krasnov collection.
