Pyrite and Quartz

Spruce claim pyrite/quartz specimens are readily identifiable to the eye due to their specific patina and surface features. This specimen is a good sized modified cube with a smaller side car intergrown. All of the side areas not complete are due to interference growth with clear impressions from neighboring crystals. The bottom was the contact.
