Quartz var Amethyst

A near floater specimen comprised of a half dozen crystals surrounding a doubly terminated 3.2cm crystal.  Good color depth. Interference growth on a side crystal reveals it was likely part of a larger assemblage. Ex collections of Victor Yount and obtained from Carter Rich.  Ex George Loud.
