Quartz var Smoky on Feldspar

George Quist has been digging on his claim for over 20 years. Being he and his wife worked for Collectors Edge they never had time to clean and prep their material, so stored it. This year, they left the edge and began prepping the tons of material. I saw them at the Crown Plaza in Denver and snatched up some goodies. This is just a perfect specimen, with super deep smoke color, great luster, and just the right amount of pink feldspar matrix.
