The Huanggang complex has brought us dozens of contemporary finds over the past 15 years. These came out about 7 years ago and were bought up very quickly. This specimen has a 2.5cm wide central crystal with several bisecting smaller ones. The base is complemented by flattened discoidal calcites and accented by a single hematite rosette. Most of these quartz had purple centers, which gives them a unique coloration.
