One of the few localities worldwide with crystalized turquoise, the Bishop Mine near Lynch Station is considered by many to be the pinnacle. This piece was collected by John Medici in 1962. It consists of a thick shard of quartzite , which must have been breccia as it has turquoise, to varying degrees, on every side. Ex George Loud.
