Of all the specimens in this collection I do have to declare this my favorite. The specimen is well crystalized with crudely terminated prismatic trigonal prisms. Under the loupe you see the reddish color (likely from iron oxide) is deposed on the striations of each crystal. Otherwise they are a peachy color between the striations and at the terminations. At the bottom, on each side, is a contact, but to me this has no impact on this piece.  I also believe they can be removed by a skilled lab.

When I posted this piece on the Tsumeb collectors page Albert Wieman claimed it had been in his collection as well as Henry Zondervan. So Very Excellent!!!  Ex Piroska Magyar
