Stibnite

The Raura Districts premier species is Stibnite. They are typically bladed with rough terminations, seldom reaching the brightness of Romanian or Chinese specimens. Major pocket finds occurred in the early 1980s. This specimen has the good fortune of presenting on a dull grey topographically interesting host rock. Most of the blades are terminated. Great example. Ex HC Coburn and Mike Wortham
