Barite

This mine produced very fine barites over a 10 year period. They varied in color and crystal size from grey to bluish to tan and yellow. The largest crystals were in the tan range, and they were also thicker. This specimen has a 6cm main crystal which is complete save the very bottom where it was attached. Several sister crystals at various angles are complete. A dramatic barite.
