Calcite

In my opinion, the Bahama Ore Body produced some of the finest calcites on the planet. They feature extraordinary glassy surfaces, and beveled modified faces, and a distinctive honey color. This piece features a 7cm central crystal and exhibits all the aforementioned qualities. It is a true two sided specimen, with one side showing fluorite at the bottom. Three crystals have small white spots, one being from contact, one appearing internal and the last having seen a very small impact. They are mostly invisible when displayed upright from either side.
