The Meckley Limestone Quarry began operating in 1936 and became known for display quality Celestines. Itinerant field collector and phenomenal jeweler Skip Colflesh found this specimen in 2010, 3 years after a more notable discovery he had made. Squat prismatic smokey blue crystals to .8cm cover one face of the specimen. Ex George Loud
