Chalcopyrite

Underground work at the Huanzala began in 1968, and many fine specimens of note( Fluorite, Pyrite, Quartz) were brought to light. In the mid 200’s the Recuerdo Vein produced stunning specimens of intergrown, lustrous, sphenoidal Chalcopyrites. This specimen is the best Chalcopyrite I have handled and I sold it to Mike in 2019 after getting it out of the Chris Amo collection. A special piece. Ex Mike Wortham
