Hemimorphite

A robins egg blue lustrous specimen consisting of very tightly packed mounded crystals forming an undulating surface. Very good color saturation (color is washed out in photos, blue is more intense), likely from copper.

Locality: Qaleh-Zari Mine, South Khorasan Province, Iran

Composition: Zinc Sorosilicate
