Fluorite with Calcite and Galena

$150.00

Availability: 1 in stock

From the collection of Ben Chomiak, who mined in Tsumeb in 1954-55 and then in Mexico from 1956-58 until he died in a mine collapse. Jewel-like lavender fluorites are partially coated with small modified calcite rhombohedra. The calcites fluoresce orange and the fluorites blue, making a wonderful contrast. We have mostly larger examples of this combo, some with lavender fluorites and others with optic clear (also fluoresce blue) fluorites. Inquire if interested.
