Calcite on Dolomite

The Ben Hogan Quarry produces some of the deepest pink Dolomites of any locality in the USA. This compact mass of crystals is sprinkled with Chalcopyrites and hosts Several DT Calcites, many included with the Chalcopyrites. One broken tiny Calcite can be removed with some care. Ex Mike Wortham
