A botroidal mass of rhodochrosite which has spheroidal tendencies at the top of the specimen and was clearly contacted with another with similar form.A bit of black manganite on the back. With backlight it glows bright red.
Locality: Nchwaning Mine, Kalahari Manganese Fields, Near Kuruman, South Africa
