A very attractive specimen from this antique German locality. Mining at the Dreislar Mine began  around 1860 and was active until 1925. It was re-opened in the 1950’s and closed for good in 2007. Specimens are difficult to find in todays market. This example has jumbled “angel wing” crystals to 2.5cm on which formed salmony tan colored Dolomites which then was enhanced by scatterings of Chalcopyrites. Sweet!
